This week’s “Best” MLS Photos are all about getting the perfect shot. A house can be staged to look its best, but when the camera work is off… this happens:
Ok… it looks like it may have been cold out when this photo was taken, but if you are not going to get out of your car to take the shot — aim up & don’t get your car’s side mirror in the picture!

Check out my couch! Ok… now tell me about the room? The couch won’t even fit in the picture… might be a small room… What do you think?
Check out my cabinet! What can you tell me about this kitchen? Hmm.. it has an awesome spice rack, the owner is out of bananas, the microwave is a great place to keep the bread?
When you are looking for a house – you want to get a feel for room size & extra features — not the current owner’s stuff.

A few more photos in… I found out why. This is clearly a unique property & needs to marketed as such. Don’t try to hide the uniqueness of a property with “clever” photography. The unique features of this property are probably the things that will help to sell it - someone will ♥ it.
